To process any return or refund for defective items, you must record a clear video when opening the package for the first time. The video should:

  • Clearly show the condition of the package upon delivery.
  • Clearly demonstrate the defect or damage in the product.

This video is mandatory for any claims related to defective or damaged items.

3. Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at swankze@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the product.
    • Provide the following details in your email:
      • Order number.
      • A detailed description of the issue.
      • Attach the opening video showing the defect.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the product back to us using the instructions provided. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the defect is confirmed to be our fault.

4. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper storage/handling.
