How to Apply
1. For amplified lash results, prep with Cils Booster XL Mascara Primer
2. Layer as desired to achieve up to 12x the volume (from bare lashes) and intense black pigment.
3. Easily remove with Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover
